QQPK vs GGPoker and Natural8
GGPoker and Natural8 are the same GGNetwork pool: six-figure traffic, the deepest tournament schedule anywhere and an excellent client, with cashback scaled down for winning players by a score the network does not publish. QQPK is a smaller, softer, Asian-hours room where my deal is a stated figure and cash pots that end preflop are not raked. Pick on your hours and on whether you need volume or softness.
The pools
GGPoker is one of the two largest poker sites in the world. Average traffic runs into six figures, games run at any hour of any day, and the tournament schedule is the deepest of any room on this site by a wide margin. Natural8 is the same network's Asian-facing brand, so it shares that pool completely, with its peak on the Asian evening.
QQPK is a different scale. It is an independent, Asian-facing room with a genuinely shared pool that is overwhelmingly recreational. The peak is late Asian, overlapping the European evening, and higher stakes thin out outside that window.
So the first question is your hours. If you play at three in the morning European time, GGNetwork has a game and QQPK may not. If you play the European evening, all three do, and QQPK's is the softer one.
The rewards
GGNetwork's own cashback is a tiered ladder on points, and on paper it is one of the more generous schemes in poker. In practice it is weighted by a player value score that the network does not publish, and winning cash regulars are scored below recreational players. Two accounts generating identical rake can be paid quite differently and neither can find out why. That applies to GGPoker and Natural8 alike.
QQPK's own rewards are a welcome package of 100% up to $888 with tickets and freerolls, a VIP scheme and Piggy Bank whose rules live in the client, and leaderboards on an Activity calendar. On top of that, my deal at QQPK is approx. 30% of my commission, stated openly because it is the same for everyone. QQPK rakeback explained sets it out.
At GGPoker the deal is through the link on the page. At Natural8 it is a conversation first, and which GGNetwork brand serves your country is part of that conversation.
Rake
GGNetwork rakes preflop pots above a low threshold, so three-bet pots that end preflop cost you. If you play a lot of short-stack or heads-up poker that adds up.
QQPK's standard cash tables take nothing from a pot that never sees a flop.
Software and HUDs
The GG client is the best in online poker and that is not a controversial claim. Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, with a HUD, a hand history analyser and table tools built in. Natural8 runs the same client, and it asks a lot of an older machine.
QQPK's client is mobile-first with a proper landscape desktop build for Windows and macOS, and multi-tabling on desktop works. It has no built-in HUD.
None of the three permit third-party trackers. If your study process runs on your own database, none of them is your room. Which poker rooms allow a HUD? lists the ones that do.
Licence and cashier
GGPoker holds an Isle of Man licence plus licences in several regulated markets, and the entity you land on depends on where you live. Natural8 is licensed in Curacao and does not accept players from the United States. QQPK holds an Anjouan licence, which has no large regulator behind it. Is QQPK legit? goes through what that means.
GGPoker's cashier is the broadest on this site: cards, Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay, Payz, Apple Pay, Pix and the major cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals take one to six days depending on method and carry a small flat fee. Natural8 adds regional Asian methods including WeChat Pay and AliPay, and crypto is the quickest route out.
QQPK runs primarily on USDT and USDC, with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Luxon Pay alongside. The room adds no fee of its own, the cashier is automated, and withdrawals typically land the same day.
Who should pick which
Pick GGPoker if you are a tournament player, if you want a game at any hour, or if you want the best client and the widest format list. Pick Natural8 if you want that pool from Asia or the Asia-Pacific and GGPoker does not serve your country.
Pick QQPK if your hours overlap the Asian evening, you play cash, you do not need a HUD, and you would rather have a soft pool and a stated deal than a deep one and an unpublished score. Size your balance for the licence.
Common questions
- Are GGPoker and Natural8 the same games?
- Yes. Both sit on GGNetwork and share one player pool, so the tables, formats and schedule are the same. Natural8 is the network's Asian-facing brand under a Curacao licence, GGPoker holds an Isle of Man licence plus several regulated ones, and which brand serves you depends on where you live.
- Does QQPK have more traffic than GGPoker?
- No, and it is not close. GGNetwork traffic runs into six figures and games run at any hour. QQPK is far smaller and its good games sit in the late Asian window. What QQPK has is a softer pool, not a bigger one.
- Can I use a HUD at any of the three?
- No. All three block third-party trackers. GGPoker and Natural8 ship a built-in HUD and hand history tool inside the client. QQPK has neither.
- Which one pays the most back?
- It depends on who you are. GGNetwork's cashback is scaled by a player value score that puts winning regulars below recreational players, and neither can see the formula. At QQPK the room's own rewards are what they are, and my approx. 30% of commissions sits on top and is the same for everyone.
