ACR does not publish a rakeback rate anywhere on its own site. Its Elite Benefits pages set out the rank tiers and the points you earn per dollar of rake, and never state a percentage. So every figure you have seen attached to ACR on an affiliate site came from that affiliate rather than from the room.

That cuts both ways and I would rather you knew. It means you cannot check an ACR rakeback claim against the room, and comparing headline numbers between affiliate sites tells you very little.

What ACR's own rewards give you

Elite Benefits is a six-tier rank system earned on rake and tournament fees, with each tier converting your points at a better rate than the one below. On top of that sit two weekly rake races, one on cash games and one on sit-and-gos, both with real added prize pools.

The structure rewards sustained volume rather than a good week, since the upper tiers are measured over a calendar year rather than a month. That makes it a reasonable programme for a serious grinder and a fairly thin one for a casual player.

The games

ACR Poker is the flagship of the Winning Poker Network and has run since 2001, making it the longest-established room on this site. It operates under an Anjouan licence with independently certified dealing. Traffic sits in the low thousands and the games run from the smallest blinds to high stakes.

The format list is the most interesting here and includes several things nobody else runs. Hold'em and Omaha in multiple forms, hi-lo, stud, fast-fold, sit-and-gos, a three-handed hyper-turbo, bomb pots, and tables where you cannot reduce your stack between hands. That last one is a real draw for deep-stack cash players and it does not exist elsewhere on this list.

The client is built for volume. It supports serious multi-tabling and adds all-in insurance, built-in staking and two-factor authentication.

It suits players in the Americas straightforwardly, high-volume multi-tablers, anyone who wants formats that exist nowhere else, and crypto users, since the crypto cashier is fast with generous limits.

What to know before you deposit

The clock is the thing. Peak hours fall in the American evening and overnight, because this room is built around North and South American players. In European terms the good games are in the small hours, and you would be logging in as they break up. No rakeback rate compensates for playing the wrong hours.

The country and state restrictions are the other. ACR does not accept players from every country, and some US states are excluded too. I could not confirm the current list from ACR's own terms, so I am not going to print one here and neither should anyone else. Do not assume you are eligible because the site loaded for you. Mid and high-stakes cash tables are also heavily populated by regulars, so the soft games are lower down than the traffic figure suggests.

Deposits and withdrawals
