Unibet Poker loyalty explained: where the 60.5% comes from
Unibet's 60.5% is a ceiling that stacks every reward at level 7 of a quarterly ladder, and reaching level 7 takes roughly 14,500 euro of rake in a quarter on Unibet's own table. The constant part is a bonus-points multiplier of 3% to 18% on future rake. Everything above that is step rewards and missions you unlock by climbing, so a player paying a couple of hundred euro of rake a quarter is nowhere near sixty percent and never could be.

The ladder
Every cent of rake earns a point. Points move you through 34 steps across 7 levels.
The ladder is quarterly. Levels and XP clear on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. That is the single most important thing to understand about the scheme, and it is the thing the headline leaves out.
The multiplier
From level 2 you unlock a bonus-points multiplier on your future rake. It runs 3% at level 2, then 4%, 6%, 10%, 14%, and 18% at level 7.
Bonus points convert at 100 points to one euro, and you spend them in the shop on tickets and playthrough bonuses. This multiplier is the one part of the scheme that behaves like a rate. It tops out at 18%.
The carry-over
Finish a quarter at level 6 or 7 and you carry the 14% or 18% multiplier into the next quarter from day one, while restarting at level 1. Finish below level 6 and you start the new quarter at zero.
The consequence is that a steady quarter beats one heavy month at the same total rake. Concentrating your volume into a single month and then stopping earns you the level for the rest of that quarter and nothing after the reset.
Step rewards and missions
On top of the ladder sit step rewards as you climb, playthrough bonuses, and missions and challenges. Cash, tickets and bonus points unlock as you go.
None of this is a rate. It is a set of one-off rewards tied to progress, and the amount you get depends on how far up the ladder you get within the quarter.
Where 60.5% comes from
Stack the 18% multiplier, the carry-over and every step reward and mission at level 7, and you get the up to 60.5% figure Unibet advertises.
Reaching level 7 takes roughly 14,500 euro of rake in a quarter on Unibet's own published table. That is a high-volume regular. Someone paying a couple of hundred euro of rake in a quarter is not getting sixty percent and never could. They are getting a low single-digit multiplier and whatever step rewards a low level unlocks.
The scheme is reasonable. The headline is the problem.
Exclusions
Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands are excluded from monetary loyalty rewards. Denmark runs a different system. If you are in one of those markets, the ladder above is not what you are playing for.
The rake matters more
For most players the rake structure is worth more than the rewards, and Unibet's is the most player-friendly on this site. The lowest stakes pay the lowest rake, rising as you move up, with a permanent cap at every level. Almost everywhere else, micro-stakes players pay the highest effective rate in poker. Here they pay the lowest.
That, and the fact that the games are soft on purpose, is the case for Unibet. Why Unibet Poker's games are so soft covers the second half.

Common questions
- What is Unibet Poker's actual rakeback rate?
- There is no single rate. The constant part is a bonus-points multiplier that runs from 3% at level 2 to 18% at level 7 of a quarterly ladder. Step rewards and missions sit on top of that. The 60.5% Unibet advertises is what you get if you stack everything at level 7 including the carry-over.
- When does the Unibet loyalty ladder reset?
- Every quarter, on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. Levels and XP clear. If you finished at level 6 or 7 you carry the 14% or 18% multiplier into the new quarter from day one while restarting at level 1. Below that you start from zero.
- How much do I need to play to reach level 7 at Unibet?
- Roughly 14,500 euro of rake in a single quarter, on Unibet's own published table. That is a high-volume regular, not an ordinary player.
- Which countries are excluded from Unibet's loyalty rewards?
- Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands are excluded from monetary loyalty rewards. Denmark runs a different system. Check the terms for your own market before you plan around any of this.
